Our trip to the cottage

On a beautiful day, (14 degrees C!) we went to the beach! Not to swim as Rose wanted to do again, but to search for sea glass and shells in the newly uncovered sand... sleep in the sun, as Lily dicided was the best thing to do ..(thats her strapped to me under the sunglasses...ingognito!)...
throw rocks and disturb the calm calm water...and if you are Grampie try to break some ice burgs with really big rocks...

then after all that activity... head back to Gramma's and Grampie's for a rest!
