Since it was a fantastic day yesterday, I started weeding the gardens to get them ready for planting...Apparently Rose was inspired to plant her own garden. After a short time digging and transfering dirt, she came running over to me saying, "Mommy come look at my letter garden!!" Lo and behold!! She grew a Y!

We eventually added an "I" to the garden but did not succeed in growing L's to spell Lily..Anyone who has advice on growing these difficult letters please feel free to share...perhaps a different type of fertilizer??

bruno's been trying L's for months now with no luck,.. tell Rose we're sorry we can't help. Maybe she could call a phone-in gardening show for advice! Does Maritimes Noon still do that everyonce in a while?

She is just taking after her great-grandmother....she can grow anything
