Is it just me being a biased Mom or is this the most contagious laugh!? She had been laughing at this noise for about 5 minutes before I decided to take this video!

It IS contagious! It reminds me of the guy I heard about 5 years ago who was trying to get hospitals to pump children's laughter instead of music through the sound system. I wonder whatever happened to that.
