According to Rose, as she told the lady a t the art gallery counter, this is our family Christmas tradition. She's probably right..we have done it every year since Lily was born. Just because it is so much FUN! And NO MESS people! or preparation. we just show up sit down and eat create candy houses!

And ask Santa if he saw Mommy attempt the splits this morning and discuss Daddy's fetish for Christmas cookies. You know ..normal Santa conversation...

Rose needs to practice splits for dance and to motivate her that morning I showed her how un-flexible I am.
The whole conversation with Santa went as follows...
R: "Did you see Mommy trying to do the splits this morning?"
Santa"Yes"
R: "She's not very good is she?" Santa:"No."
